You can meditate? Last evening/night I followed a Japanese-buddhistic ceremony on the radio. Their readings become always a little loud, but the singing and chanting was very impressive: Listening to these sounds and staring into the sky with its baroque colours while sunset can equal a prayer.

Naw. The religious aspect is not necessary in order to live like her. It just makes it more socially acceptable.
Besides, I can't even get myself to pray for a couple of minutes, let along 2 hours.
