The male equivalent would be: "Don't know ya, shave you anyway ..." Come on, vacancy is near! Nichts was ein ausgedehnter Friseurbesuch nicht richten könnte!
i struggle in the am. a very long time ago, my husband used to try to wake me with that song "rise and shine and give god your glory glory" ...which was sweet but it didn't ever seem to do whatever he thought it would. oh well:)

Trust me I dream of it.
Apropos Friseurbesuch...have you been looking in my mirror? ;)

I rise with both middle fingers on high protesting having to do so.
No, but I read your blog and know about the intense relation women have with their "Haart(p)racht". Closely followed by their obsession for shoes ...
Must have been the wrong blog then.
In my dream world I visit the hairdresser every 4 weeks and I own dozen unpractical pairs of shoes.
In real life a couple of haircuts a year feel stupendously often and 4 pairs of shoes border on luxury...
Was ist los?
Das Alles hört sich eher nach purer Verzweiflung an als nach "a rough patch".
Shhh. Everything's just fine. All I need is a few days rest.
"Sekt Bier Schnaps und Wein und wir hören uns're Leber schrei'n ..." ... BWUAHAHAA ... sorry ... :)
